Redesign Title Screen

The title screen is currently designed with a PC interface in mind. It doesn't really feel right for mobile. We need to find a way to rework the menu so it feels more natural.

The simplest way, I think, would be to just have buttons, rather than the kind of list we have now, but if we do that, we'd want to minimize the number of menu options so we aren't trying to cram a bunch of tiny buttons into the screen.

Alternatively, we could leave the list system in place, but maybe try and make it look more like a wheel so scrolling up and down feels more natural.

I can try and redesign the menu to be button-based. I take it we'll need a "Begin" button, an "Options" button, an "Credits" button, and maybe a "How to Play" Button?

Sounds good. Can you wait to start on this for a couple hours? I'm about to push some pretty big changes and it'll make merging difficult if you've been doing a lot of work on the current code. If you have been working on it already, no big deal. But if you haven't started yet, I'd wait until my next commit goes through.

Hey Thomas, I'm gonna make a button to skip the tutorial on mobile devices. Are you making some sort of a button class for the menu redesign? Just asking so we avoid duplicate code/work.

I was planning on it, yes, but I haven't yet implemented it. Currently the touch-based controls have a method for detecting a touch within a given region (TapRegionCheck), but that's as far as I've gotten. Got a bit distracted isolating the menu stuff into a separate class.

Ok I made a pretty basic Button class that's included with my latest commit.

Put together a preliminary title menu layout using your button class (made a few adjustments to allow for a border). Still working on making it look nice, and I haven't done the options menu yet. What do you think about swapping [Credits] and [Tutorial] so that tutorial is on the title screen and credits is in options?
