Hello. I produce the train data from RCSB PDB recently. And I get 7604 samples(6701 proteins, 6341 peptides) and get a low performance on AUROC and AUPRC. It is inconsistent with the data in your paper, can you please share the data in RCSB?

Also I attached the RCSB training data(train_PDB_data_pos) on github now. I'm really curious why your result is inconsistent with mine and I'm looking forward to investigate the detailed reason. PLEASE provide more information about your results. We can directly discuss here or through emails.
