Allow sorting and de-duplication of neighbors in AdjacencyListGraphReader as well

#185 did this for ListOfEdgesGraphReader. In the interest of completeness, same options should be allowed for adjacency list reader. Perhaps there is a way to abstract out the code for preparation of neighboring edges before forming a NodeIdEdgesMaxId. CC @tlasica
