Updated Project Roadmap

This issue exists to ask the owner of this repository whether:

• there is an existing development roadmap for AMBER that can be added to the repository.
• there are plans to update and expand the scope of AMBER's utilities.

The author also wishes to provide thanks (Thank You!) to @tvandervalk for the existence of AMBER.

While the author has only just played around somewhat with AMBER, it seems quite interesting. The author has general interests in software for (1) genotype-phenotype mappings, (2) complex trait prediction, (3) genetic engineering / cloning, and (4) general reproductive technologies including polygenic screening.

The author found AMBER by:

1. Watching Sam Harris' Making Sense Podcast on "Bringing Back The Mammoth"
2. Searching "mammoth genome" on GitHub.
3. Finding aDNA-deletions.
4. Searching tvandervalk's other repositories.
