Integrate a new cloud provider #22
Description
A cloud provider wants to use SALSA so that SALSA can deploy user applications into cloud resources of the provider, provide the following information in SALSA website and in the document:
- which are the requirements for the cloud provider
- which information the provider should provide so that SALSA can connect and use the provider resources
- which tasks the provider should do in orderr to connect her infrasttructure into her own SALSA deployment
- which tasks the provider should do in order to connect her infrastrucure into an already running SALSA service(e.g., deployed by another person)
