The output pdf file is not highlighted

I'm using python3.7 and my os is windows 10.
I built from the source code.

I tried different styles but none of them were highlighted.

There were no errors or warnings in the cmd.

I guess it doesn't work on the windows platform?

it happened to me too, mine is macOS, got no highlited
