Elastic Search Feature - Pick Up Existing Work

Elastic Search is a pretty big feature and we picked it up in 1511 but didn't work out all of the kinks before the project ended.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Read through Brennan's notes in Basecamp and issues here
2. Wire up the back end for Front Facing Search Bar Elasticsearch front-facing search bar #84
3. Finish data loading task to keep Elastic Search database up to date Elasticsearch database import service/task #83
   Note: Issues have suggested implementations, but keep an open mind to other implementations is the suggested ones don't seem right to you.
4. Write stories with the front end team to wire up the back end of elastic search
