Any way we could get this put into zabbirc? Would be great to +O (operators-only) the Zabbix channel to even further hide its presence.

Some IRCd's provide a method for restricting a channel to IRC Operators only using channel mode +O. Making the bot able to oper up would permit securing the Zabbix channel as such. Presently, the Zabbirc bot doesn't support any method of security that requires interaction from the bot (channel key (+k), invite-only (+i), IRC Operators Only (+O), IRC Administrators only (+A), etc. It's a trivial request that probably not a lot of people use, but figured I'd ask.
