Broken Link in Installation Section #58

Hello,
Thank you for the wonderful guide! While reading it, I encountered a broken link that leads to some ad/malware if users don't have a blocker extension installed.
The broken link is under the following header: https://github.com/tuhdo/tuhdo.github.io/blob/master/emacs-tutor/emacs-tutor.org#windows-1 , for swapping the capslock and control keys on Windows.
