Error when creating menu when doing srefactor-refactor-at-point

I get the error message "Error when creating menu" when doing srefactor-refactor-at-point in a C++ file, at any point in which I do not get "No available action".

The issue is the same as this one #13
I have evil-mode installed but it is not activated, could it be the cause of the problem?

I tried disabling the minor ode from Global-subword to the end, except semantic (I have not tried yet the ones up to Global-subword). Nothing changes.
I will try with a vanilla emacs.
