How to renaming functions, classes?

I'm starting to use Emacs to write C++ code and find that your package offers cool refactoring features.
However, I'd like to ask if it is possible to rename classes, functions?
(Only local variables renaming is mentioned in your package's introduction)

Mass renaming is possible with Semantic, only issue is speed of elisp, so no, its not implemented, but can be with some effort (and gods by your side).
