Linearized PDF

It would be nice to have an option to linearize PDF (a.k.a. Fast Web View) by `qpdf` or Ghostscript:
```bash
qpdf --linearize input.pdf output.pdf
```
```bash
gs -o output.pdf -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -dFastWebView -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH input.pdf
