WATCH_TARGET to specify the targets to watch #40
Description
Currently, make watch tries to auto-update all target documents in the directory. Introduce WATCH_TARGET to watch only for specific files.
Example:
make watch WATCH_TARGET=foo.pdf{{ message }}
