Cant get btpt to work on JX-11 ring

I have the JX-11 Ring and when I get the coordinates to work on my Kobo Clara Color.
I put my events into the issue, maybe someone knows whats up, it looks like there is an uptick in the swipe so its not perfectly straight, maybe thats the issue?

Seems like my Kobo doesnt even recognize the JX-11 ring as a Bluetooth device properly, after SSHing into the ereader it shows nothing on the command "hcitool con"
