Don't understand how to Config file #28

Hi,
I bought a little turner ring (see in photo), i successfully installed btpt file but i don't have a clue how to do all that is following.
The name of my ring is J06, that's all i know. I tried to use evtest but i don't know how it works.
Can someone explain a little more please.
