Single Timeline #2
Description
We should support a single timeline / topic for the shared / published topic. To do this we need to modify the envelope for messages to include the nodes name... thats about it.
Doing this will enable us to query a single topic to understand what happened within the system.
On projects that have used this architecture but not this library, there was often a strong preference to have a topic per node. This also has advantages. Its not clear what the common case is here... yet.
