What limitation or pain-point are you hitting?
Currently there is no way of knowing where blue and yellow quadrants are except for randomly panning around the map or keeping a mental note of where they are, which are both very impractical solutions. This impacts play because getting green quadrants is fundamental to netting XP.

How would you like it to work?
Add a "half quadrants" list, eg similar to the "Where are All My Badges?" list. The list could contain, eg, the region the quadrant is in and its coordinates as is done with that list of badges.
One could also consider adding a map view as we already have for "where are my regions?"
