I don't understand how I should run this program :)

Hello,

I tried to download the release executable, placed it in the starcraft directory and ran it, but it just shows an empty console window on windows 10, I'm not sure how to use this but it could be benificial to me as I want to apply deep learning to BWAPI, and I need to run it as fast as possible. I didn't see any tutorial, maybe I just missed it, if you could explain it to me, i would appreciate it a lot :)
