When limiting the number of records in ptu t3 v1 files, additional records may be read afterward

Expected behavior

For a HydraHarp ptu file, v1 firmware, t3 mode, passing -n 2 results in 2 records being printed

Actual behavior

Passing -n 2 results in 4 records being printed, in t3 then t2 mode.

Path forward

This is likely a missing break statement in unified.c
