astdb.php No longer working

update no longer works, get:

astdb.php

Retry 4 of 5. Will retry http://allmondb.allstarlink.org/

astdb.txt: Retries exceeded!! 0 bytes - Invalid: file too small, bailing out.

Yeah, it was down for a while but they got it fixed.
