Replace EXE terminal window

Feature Description
The EXE terminal window should be removed. Logging information should be displayed in a separate "Logging" tab/section within the C3D-Parser GUI.

Additional Context
The best place for this information depends on what is being displayed. Probably best to implement this once the application is more stable/complete.
