Address differences from clinical kinetics

**Feature Description**
Understand and address the differences between the clinical kinetics and the kinetics produced by this application.

**Additional Context**
The work by @lauracarman on improving the OpenSim model joint centres has reduced the differences in kinetics considerably but may be able to be fine tuned further. We may also need to adjust the mass normalisation.
