MPLS-TP Tunnel

In order to support the MPLS-TP Tunnel, two attributes needs to be added to the MPLS-TE Tunnel model to allow the client to request:

• the type of load balancing;
• UHP.

This update would require the te-mpls YANG model to import the mpls-te-types YANG model proposed in https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-busizheng-teas-yang-te-mpls-topology-00
