Fix scroll to top with tapping tab twice behavior

In iOS 18, tapping the current tab causes the scroll position to move to the top.

For almost all views, this behavior is good, but on the Live Translate Tab, it becomes weird because the latest translation is at the bottom of the view.

I tried to fix it by myself, but I couldn’t find a method to change this behavior. If you know how to change it, please help me fix it.
