unify name for filters in model selector

should we use model names (like qwen), company names (like openai), or both (like meta llama) for filtering in the model selector? currently there's inconsistency in how it handles company/model identification

But we already do both but I think i'd be better to just have a setting for this and by default have the model names

or another option: only show the logos since the desktop ui also does that
