Storage layer rework

• Switch Aries library calls to use minimal interface wherever possible instead of requiring entire Aries Provider interface type Change LD context stores to not require Aries storage interface hyperledger-aries/aries-framework-go#3330
• In TrustBloc projects that use those libraries, create storage implementations for those minimal interfaces and use them for the library calls
• Switch TrustBloc MongoDB storage implementations from aries-framework-go-ext to implementations done in those repos, making sure to use one database per project
• Make index creation scripts for deployment
• Rework Aries-Framework-Go interface and Aries-Framework-Go-Ext implementations to address design and efficiency issues
