Goal: More Detailed Version information

although isn't a blocker, from time to time I need to ensure with node operators they have the correct version installed.
I'm not sure if the effort to update the version here is the same as to make /abci_info also print it, which could be extremely useful. But in this case, it might involve the kwil team
as in http://tsn.node.usher.so:26657/abci_info?
