canonical recommendation for some `input-used`

The spec should be updated to make a recommendation on how to represent temperature in Fahrenheit and the day/night indicator, e.g.,

"inputs-used": [{"name": "tempF", "value":50.0},{"name": "isDay","value":True}]

To be clear the above is a suggestion. We can use a different representation, but I think these two are common enough to merit the spec having an opinion. Moreover, I'd like to see the conformance suite give a warning if these inputs are not in the detailed snapshot from a vendor.
