ColErr banned for vandalizing the repository

ColErr has been banned for vandalizing the repository, removing all documentation and formatting.
Should we preemptively ban other Fleet of Cardillias members to avoid additional problems with them?

Looking at the commits, ColErr was not the vandal. It was actually SirCmpwn. Just letting you know.

ColErr merged it. SirCmpwn has never had push-access to the repo. ColErr is one of SirCmpwn's cronies. He's on his 0x42c repository.

If I may, it would seem rather unfair. I might not have been the most active here but I have not tried to vandalize the source or otherwise block the development. Moreover, this has, in my view at least, nothing to do with FoC/HA politics. I am contributing the bits and pieces that I can and though my knowledge may be of limited use I think I have contributed. (Wiki here, Moscow, optimized a part of the float lib (though that change hasn't been pushed by the looks of it)).

Last incentive, I fail miserably at understanding how git works, even if I'd want to, I couldn't do any damage whatsoever.

FYI: Moscow = must have, should have, could have, won't have.
