Putting specifications on the wiki

I propose that we put all specifications and things we agree on by conscensus on the wiki. It's much nicer to have this hub of specs instead of several readme files.

Just to make sure: I am referring to this git's wiki (button next to "Issues").

I already added a wiki page on memory management. Feel free to alter, but please leave notes if you do or post in the memory management issue.

@dilbertfan I made a seperate wiki page for mem management. I think its better to have seperate pages for each module/part of the kernel.
