Discord bot connects and lists channels

Description

Get the Discord bot connecting to a server utilizing Gateway. Examples can be found here: https://github.com/SpaceManiac/discord-rs/blob/master/examples/basic_chatbot.rs.

Setup your own test server that you are the admin of, then follow these instructions:

1. https://discord.com/developers/docs/getting-started
2. Setup your bot user
3. Generate a joining URL for the bot user to create a message.

Acceptance Criteria

1. When the bot joins the server, it should log the IDs of the channels that it can see.
