@soriadelva now that you nailed it for Wallonia, can we update everything on zenodo including with the graphs for NATURA2000 (think these are lacking @damianooldoni ). Can we implement logic to rerun this and update on zenodo every six months @SanderDevisscher ?

Reruning every six months is certainly an option, create a github action with CRON.
Automatically uploading to zenodo should also be possible, however I have no experience with it (yet). @damianooldoni and I are looking into uploading the species cubes to zenodo using github actions (see inbo/aspbo#270). This will occur every month or upon update of the GRIIS checklist.
