how to start local env with contract together

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Now that I've followed the "contribution.md," I believe I've lost some environment variables since when I execute this code locally, it displays some issues. Can somebody provide a fast env file for local or some other guidance? and I am trying to run the frontend and contract together,
