Describe the Issue

I have generated the phases for the project, managed to implement the first stage, now when I go to plan the second stage I encounter an error. When I clicked "Create Plan" in the phase breakdown I get an error "Failed to create new task: ripgrep process error: spawn C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe ENOENT" popup in the bottom corner.

Steps to reproduce the issue, if possible:

1. Generate phases and then in phase breakdown try to click "Create Plan".

Expected Behavior

The plan to be created.

Actual Behavior

En error "Failed to create new task: ripgrep process error: spawn C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe ENOENT" popup in the bottom corner.
