Improve handling of disputed transactions #38

When an allocation is disputed a callback is sent but the plugin does not handle this scenario well.

The following features are required:

  • Select order state to set when a dispute is raised
  • Send email to store owner
  • Send email to vendor(s) when using Dokan
  • Add option to reset acceptance process
