Strange results using the windows version

Getting weird results.
If I try to get info on python def I get some nonsense.

C:\Users\rippe>cht python def

If I then try what it suggest for help I get this.

Please use -Q at end of your command line if you want get results like with *nix command curl cheat.sh/python/def.
Get help with -h switch.
