It does not generate the rp in type folder

Betterhud is not generating the rp folder in the latest version (1.14.1-439) in the path I set, in my case ItemsAdder/contents/betterhud/resourcepack, However, if the /resourcepack folder doesn't exist, it creates it but it's empty without the rp extension. But if I change the type to zip, it does create the resourcepack zip file.
