Event Categories missing if MOC name added first

this was a feature you asked for, which was to have certain event types only available for certain types of people. I think this is the list you gave alan. I can revert it.

Ah, I see. I think the specific issue here was that "Gun Safety Activist Event" was not showing up as an option, probably since it's newer than this feature.

Mostly moot now that August is over (and with it the Gun Safety events) but can we add "Gun Safety Activist Event" to the drop-down for both in-office and candidates?
