Streamline Ready --> Publish Process

Possible to just have a Publish button? Unlikely we'll need multiple review steps.

At least for the time being, I'm probably going to be entering these all myself. So any way to save time between: Save, Set Status: Ready, and Publish for each entry would save me some time.

Down the road if we put volunteers on this, some kind of review might make sense, but in interest of getting this site up ASAP and accurately i'll probably just do it myself.
