Self-Extracting SFX Cross Platform...

I've been looking for a utility that will allow me to extract SFX files for Windows and Mac using the 7Z format. Will this do the trick?

Hello,
This utility allows to compress a folder containing an executable into a Zipped SFX executable.
It does not support 7Z format but is able to compress your source package into a SFX executable.
Can you explain more your project?
