Feature Request: Command Line Interface Runner

It would be nice if pyExperimenter would facilitate providing an out-of-the-box command line interface so that keyfields can be passed as command line arguments in the form: -- .

This would allow the execution of specific key field values via a command line, e.g., for testing or reproducing specific results.
