Add option for 12hr or 24hr clock

The TimePicker is shown as AM/PM, but outputs 24hr. Should we make everything AM/PM or make everything 24hr? Or give the user the option of one or the other?

I would say am/pm at the very least, potentially give the option

Okie dokie. Hopefully it's not too hard to do. If you use whatever java's Date object is, it'll probably be easy to format between the two.
