Simulation Runner - automatically create a new directory with all data from simulation #3
Description
When running a simulation or sequence of simulations, create output directory that includes:
- Input files (i.e. simulation config, workflows etc).
- Data log from the simulation
- Directories the simulation was run from
- Key information for visualisation - e.g. config path names etc.
- Time/date information
The top level of this directory will have {timestamp}_simrun.log or something to this effect. Then separate input and output directories. Input directory can be zipped.
