Vim colors are not updated

Hi!

I have the problem that when using your base16 function and removing
`# Base16 Shell
if status --is-interactive
    set BASE16_SHELL "$HOME/.config/base16-shell"
    source "$BASE16_SHELL/profile_helper.fish"
end
`
from config.fish my colors in vim are not updated. Is there any fix for this?
