countdown jumping up if included in a script

Hello
i have a script running and installing some needed software.
in between i do add your countdown.sh -m 2 like this
basicly it works but the countdown information start after the regular installation and then it moves up the Information and it is not any more clear to read it. But still working

why and how to solve it?
the clear command i did remove
