Compatibility mode for datetime

The REST API v1 implementation now follows the same datetime response formats at the ProtoBuf API. (Y-m-d H:i:s).

However I rely on the previous datetime format (2016-09-23T17:45:33.012Z) which is more accurate.

Could you please add a "compatibility mode" or something similar to be able to have both ways of running?

For the record in case that anyone needs it.
Just for my personal use I've changed the function extractDatetimeValue in RESTv1.php to:
return $obj_property->timestampValue;

A dirty fix, but valid in the meanwhile.

This will get superseded with v4, which has full DateTime object support in result sets.
