Change your Router settings to fixed Channel, so it stays with its 2.4 GHz Network on one specific channel, even after restarts. The random lost settings on frequent B2500 hard reboots are common, only to avoid securely by powering it of as seldom as possible. |

Hi B2500 users,
one of my three B2500 units (HMJ-2, FW 116.6) lost Home Assistant connection. Common after router restarts/ISP outages. I usually fix by pressing power button 10s (light off), then restart; resolves connection & no-output issues in auto mode (despite CT002 should tell them to output power=.
This time was different: the device lost connection and I noticed it was feeding power into the grid even though it was not needed. It turned out the Wi-Fi settings were gone and it had switched from automatic to manual mode, and I think the MQTT settings were also lost. I re-entered everything in the Marstek app and now it works again.
Does anyone know if there is some kind of auto reset function, or if restarting the device multiple times in a row can trigger an automatic reset of the settings?
Thanks
