Help needed - B2500 nicht verfügbar - Einstellungen korrekt?

Hi there,
after using the hame relay and the hm2mqtt Add on for nearly half a year my raspy crashed and all he setting are gone.
setting up all new, I can´t get the B2550 getting running in home assistant.
The B2500 is still on firmware 108.7
I tried to set the ham relay new, because I needed the Mac-Adress. Worked fine.
Installing the Addon and configure it like description in GitHub.

führt immer wieder zu dem Ergebnis, dass der Speicher nicht verfügbar ist:

Habe das Setup auch schon mehrfach gemacht, leider ohne Erfolg
Kann vielleicht jemand helfen? Komme nicht weiter.

Problem behoben! proxy gestartet, Nutzer und Passwort geändert. Nun läuft es.
