Connection was reset

I am now setting up the NAT cross stuff however i run into a problem is that it said the connection was reset after i have down the portforwarding?
It turns out I cannot build up the direct tcp connection between two nodes.

These are the screenshot from the client side.
Sometimes it success but for the two pc in my house connected to a server. I cannot connect between them but i can communicate with someone in other's house.

It seems like that port forwarding was set up correctly. But for two laptops under different NATs they still cannot build up direct channel. I still need to use relay for them to let them communicate with each other.
