Environment issue: unable to update INI file

Environment is Windows 10, version 21H1 (build 19043.2364).

RTKLib has been helpful. Thank you to those of you who built, maintain and support it.

I copied the executables to a folder which I am unable to modify or create files in (copy / paste did work though). I did not know that I could not modify files in this folder until I attempted to close rtklaunch.exe, and this error message was produced:

I don't know what the Japanese part of the error message said.

Can the executables be made to close if INI files cannot be updated? Currently the executable cannot be closed if the INI file cannot be updated. Task Manager can sometimes be used to close the executable but one time it took a restart.

The dialog says "You can not write C:\Program Files\rtklib\RTKLIB_src-rtklib_2.4.3\bin\rtklaunch.ini".
The bin folder has to have write permission.
